Legitimate messages may only need review, need no action at all, or be handled quietly. A reply is prepared only where a reply is appropriate.
AI-generated replies are drafts. You read them, edit them if needed, and approve them. Inbox Signal does not send email on its own.
From your corrections, Inbox Signal can suggest reusable rules. A suggestion has no effect until you approve it, and you can edit, dismiss or switch off any rule.
Inbox Signal uses authorized Gmail access to read the email conversations you choose to connect and to send replies only after you explicitly approve them. Gmail access is used to provide the email attention and reply-assistance features described on this page.
Inbox Signal does not delete, archive or reorganize mail in your Gmail account, and does not send anything you have not approved. Gmail is the only email provider supported. How your information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
